winchester estate
Chapter developed a detailed joinery and spatial design package for this private residential Grade II* listed estate in Hampshire.
Feasibility studies and hand-sketched visualisations were developed to reimagine and reframe a series of key operational domestic spaces, including the laundry, boot room, mud room, kitchen and bespoke dressing rooms.
The scheme explored crafted storage solutions, integrated cabinetry, and considered spatial planning tailored for contemporary family living. The studio employed bespoke joinery details and carefully resolved layouts to ensure that spaces flowed intuitively, were highly functional, yet respectful of the existing fabric and contextual sentiment.
